Objectives

Michelle Cantwell, DMD is a graduate of Wilkes University and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation she completed a three-year residency in prosthodontics and served on active duty service as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. She became a Diplomate of the ABDSM in 2014. In 2018, she merged her dental sleep medicine practice into the Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Department of Wellspan Hospital. She currently lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband Steve and their daughters.
 Edward T. Sall, MD, DDS, MBA practices in Syracuse, New York as an otolaryngologist and dentist with an emphasis in TMD, facial pain, general otolaryngology, and the diagnosis and surgical treatment of sinonasal disorders and allergic rhinitis. In addition, he maintains an active practice in the surgical management of sleep disorders. Dr. Sall obtained his dental degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and completed a GPR residency in Hospital Dentistry. He attended SUNY Upstate Medical Center and received his MD, followed by a 5-year residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery. Dr. Sall is board-certified in sleep medicine and maintains an active medical and surgical practice in sleep disordered breathing and has treated over 3,500 patients with oral appliance therapy.
  
Scott Craig has 19 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the medical equipment, service and supply industries. He is a recipient of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine’s (AADSM) 2014 Clinical Research Award and a member of the Illinois Sleep Society. Scott has served as CEO of Midwest Dental Sleep Center (MDSC) since 2007. Under his leadership, MDSC has become one of the largest and most respected dental sleep medicine clinics in the country. The center has five diplomates of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine on staff with five locations serving the Chicago-land area. MDSC is one of a handful of multi-center clinics in the world focused exclusively on providing dental sleep medicine services to patients suffering from sleep-related breathing disorders.
