Practice Management Program Details

The Practice Management Program is divided into two courses. Course 1 is entirely virtual and comprised of pre-recorded lectures, demonstration videos and live Q&A sessions with the faculty. Course 2 will consist of a 1.5 day in-person course. Currently, only registration for Course 1 is available. The first half of Course 1 will be released on December 2, 2024 and the second half of Course 1 will be released on March 17, 2025.

Learning Objectives
- Discuss the importance of building and standardizing reimbursement procedures
- Explore effective practice management models
- Build strategies for team buy-in and training
- Plan ways to meet patients where they are and customize treatment plans
- Discover strategies to encourage patients to follow through with recommended treatment
- Develop procedures for follow up appointments and ensuring patient adherence
- Build a trust-based referral network in your area
