Terms and ConditionsThe American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) Find-An-AADSM-Dentist is compiled and published by the AADSM as a reference source for the public. The only permitted uses of this directory are for (i) AADSM members to view their personal listings, (ii) Health care providers to find qualified dentists for patient referrals, and (iii) the public to find qualified dentists to provide care.
The contents of the Find-An-AADSM-Dentist may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of or in connection with a mailing or email list or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner or by any means except for the user's individual, personal and confidential reference as described above without the prior consent of the AADSM. The AADSM reserves the right to monitor all use of this website for compliance with the terms and conditions above.
