The AADSM Annual Meeting is the premier trade show to showcase your latest products and services to dentists who practice dental sleep medicine. The 2025 AADSM Annual Meeting will be held May 16-18 at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
Exhibitors have the exclusive opportunity to increase the impact of their presence before, during and after the annual meeting by securing a variety of advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

| Housing Request Application | This application is only required for exhibiting companies looking to book 10 or more sleeping rooms at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. Applications are due by April 4. |
Exhibitor Meeting Application | This application is required for any exhibiting company that is looking to secure hotel meeting space for an internal meeting or hospitality suite for company employees and/or AADSM meeting attendees. Applications are due by May 3. |
| Industry Event Application | This application is required for any exhibiting company hosting an event for meeting attendees off-site. To take advantage of promotional opportunities, applications are due by March 3. |

Beware of unauthorized housing companies who may offer cheaper hotel rates for the AADSM Annual Meeting. This practice, also known as room pirating, is a scam that all attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Attendees should only book rooms directly with the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino will never reach out to you directly to book a room; they will only ever contact you upon your request. DO NOT REGISTER FOR THE ANNUAL MEETING OR BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOMS WITH OTHER OPERATORS. The AADSM does not accept responsibility for any losses that result from registering or booking hotel rooms via unofficial vendors or websites.
Beware of email messages being sent to AADSM Annual Meeting exhibitors offering an AADSM attendee list for purchase. Any emails of this nature are fraudulent. DO NOT RESPOND TO THEIR MESSAGE OR PROVIDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO THEM. Attendee information is only available through the purchase of lead retrieval units, which can be ordered through the exhibitor kit provided to exhibitors in early March. The AADSM does not accept responsibility for any losses that result from providing payment information to unofficial vendors or websites.
