Jarrett Grosdidier, DDS, D. ABDSM
 is a graduate of UMKC Dental School, and currently practices in Leawood, and Garnett, KS, where he owns and manages two busy multi-doctor dental offices, one urban, and one rural.  He has served on multiple committees for the AADSM and has recently co-authored a journal article published in the JDSM. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM), and has a passion for delivering high quality care to all different demographics and populations.

Kenneth Mogell, DMD, D. ABDSM
 is an expert in dental sleep medicine with over 10 years of experience treating sleep-disordered breathing through oral appliance therapy. Dr. Mogell earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and his DMD degree from the University of Florida. His private dental sleep practice serves patients along the south Florida coastline with locations in Boca Raton, Melbourne, Jupiter and Vero Beach. A Diplomate of both the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Mogell is passionate about raising awareness of the prevalence of sleep apnea and its associated consequences on patient health, as well as the need for increased acceptance of oral appliance therapy as a first line treatment option for the condition.

Ruben Avalos, LVN, CDP, RDA holds a BAS in nursing from Wayland University, and his clinical experience includes providing care to pulmonary compromised patients fully dependent on ventilated care. He is the Assistant Director of Nursing for a 120 bed tracheotomy and ventilator facility, and Director of Operations for Sleep Easy Dentistry, which dedicates itself to providing patients with oral appliance therapy for obstructive sleep apnea. Ruben is an RDA through UT Health, and has completed the certification program from the Texas School of Sleep Medicine & Technology for polysomnography. He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and has completed their A-STEP Accredited Sleep Technologist program.Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Abid Bhat, MD, MBA is a professor of medicine and program director of the sleep medicine fellowship at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine. He is also the medical director of the Center for Sleep Health at Truman Medical Center, Kansas City, MO. He has been in the practice of sleep medicine for over 15 years, providing care to people with various sleep disorders, including insomnia, sleep disordered breathing, narcolepsy, and parasomnias. He completed his fellowship in pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and earned his MBA from the UMKC Bloch School of Management. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Nicole Chenet, DDS, D. ABDSM completed her DDS degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2000, and in May 2001, she began practicing in Pittsburgh, PA. Since 2015, her practice is limited to the treatment of patients with snoring and sleep apnea. Dr. Chenet is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, and holds an Advanced TAP-PAP certification. She is an adjunct clinical professor for WVU School of Dentistry, and has lectured at the AADSM Annual Meeting, the North American Dental Sleep Symposium, PA State Sleep Society, WV State Sleep Society, University of California SF Dental Sleep Meeting, UPMC and AHN Sleep Meetings.

Nancy A. Collop, MD is the director of the Emory Sleep Center in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a primary appointment in the Emory School of Medicine as professor of medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine where she is the associate director for sleep medicine, as well as a secondary appointment as professor of neurology. 

Dr. Collop served on the American Academy of Sleep Medicine board of directors from 2006 to 2013. In 2015, Dr. Collop received the Nathaniel Kleitman Distinguished Service Award from the AASM and in 2020 was honored as being named a Master Fellow for the American College of Chest Physicians. She is currently the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine. She has authored more than 175 manuscripts, case reports, book chapters, monographs along with numerous editorials, commentaries and letters.

Tanya DeSanto, DDS, D. ABDSM is a graduate of Northwestern University Dental School and completed her general practice residency at Georgetown University and the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV.  She has been in private practice in Springfield, IL for the past 27 years, with the last 10 years devoting a portion of her general practice to dental sleep medicine and airway management. In 2016, she became the Director of Prairie Sleep Center, and in 2020 achieved Diplomate status with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Conflict of Interest Disclosure

Barry Fields, MD completed his undergraduate education at Cornell University and obtained his MD at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry before completing an Internal Medicine residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He then completed a sleep medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Master’s degree in medical education. He joined the faculty at Emory University in 2014 where he is now an Associate Professor of Medicine and the Sleep Medicine Fellowship Program Director. Lisa N. Gallucci, DMD, D. ABDSM received her DMD from The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  She earned her BA in Biology from Rutgers University and an AS in Dental Hygiene from Temple University. Dr. Gallucci is a Diplomate of the ABDSM, and currently serves on the AADSM's Annual Meeting Committee. She has chaired educational programs with the Albert Einstein Dental Residency program and Southern NJ Dental Association, and is a past President, VP, and Secretary of the Southern NJ Dental Association. Omar Mahmassani, DDS, D. ABDSM, MBA is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Dentistry, after which he pursued a two-year General Practice Residency training program at the Detroit Medical Center in affiliation with the University of Detroit/Mercy. In 1994, he established a small private practice in Frederick, Maryland emphasizing excellence in quality, customer service, efficiency and the latest advances in technology. In 2015, he received a Masters in Business Administration from Hood College. He has successfully implemented a streamlined collaborative approach for HSAT in his practice. James Metz, DDS, D. ABDSM is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Neil Nay, RPSGT, RST has dedicated over 30 years to the sleep disorders field, in both research and clinical aspects. He is a registered sleep technologist (RPSGT, RST) and was one of the first in the U.S. to obtain the RPSGT certification. Rosemarie Rohatgi, DMD, D. ABDSM is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM), American Board of Sleep & Breathing Academy (ASBA) and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine (ABCDSM). She currently serves as Director-at-Large with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, having served on the AASM’s Committee on Narcolepsy. Dr. Rohatgi has been practicing for over 23 years and dedicates her entire practice to dental sleep medicine, as the Founder and owner of San Diego Sleep Therapy. She completed her Sleep Medicine Mini-Residency at UCLA and participated in UCLA's Sleep Medicine Study Club. David White, MD currently serves as a professor at Harvard University Medical School and is a senior scientist at Apnimed. He is a past-president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, and has chaired the task force to write research plans addressing sleep and its disorders for the National Institutes of Health.
