President
Kevin Postol, DDS, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Postol maintains a combination of a general dental practice and dental sleep medicine practice simultaneously in St. Louis, MO. He received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and attended the University of Iowa for a General Practice Residency. He has practiced general dentistry since 1992. In 2006, he entered the field of dental sleep medicine and later became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) in 2011. He is past chair of the AADSM Essentials of Dental Sleep Medicine Course and has spoken at numerous local and national meetings. He has served on the AADSM Board of Directors since 2014 and currently serves as a member of the AADSM Mastery Program faculty.

Michelle Cantwell, DMD, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Cantwell is a graduate of Wilkes University and the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine. Following graduation, she completed a three-year residency in prosthodontics and served on active-duty service as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy. She became a Diplomate of the ABDSM in 2014. In 2018, she merged her dental sleep medicine practice into the Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine Department of Wellspan Hospital. She has served as chair of the AADSM Education Committee, member of the AADSM Health Policy Education Committee, and currently serves as a member of the AADSM Mastery Program faculty.

Mitchell Levine, DMD, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Levine is an associate professor of orthodontics at St. Louis University. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Levine spent 30 years in private practice in Jacksonville, Florida where one third of his practice was related to treating sleep-disordered breathing.
Dr. Levine has been a member of the AADSM since 2010. Throughout that time, he has served on the Health Policy Education Committee, served as chair of the task force that wrote the Dental Sleep Medicine Standards for Screening, Treating and Managing Adults with Sleep-Related Breathing Disorders, was a member of the task force that developed the consensus recommendations on Identifying the Appropriate Therapeutic Position of an Oral Appliance, and served as a faculty member of the AADSM Mastery Program. He was also co-author of the Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Orthodontics: An American Association of Orthodontists White Paper.

Paul Jacobs, DDS, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Jacobs is a third-generation dentist, practicing general, cosmetic and dental sleep medicine. He is the Dental Director of Upper Peninsula Sleep Dentistry and the Care Free Dental Clinic in Escanaba, Michigan which cares for people who are uninsured and underserved. He speaks nationally to dental and medical groups and is an expert in practice management including systems, leadership and team building. A 1983 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, he is a global leader in bacterial DNA testing for periodontal pathogens and non-surgical periodontal therapy. He is a Diplomate of the ABDSM, served as a member of the AADSM Accreditation Committee, and co-chaired the inaugural AADSM Practice Management Course.

Becky Fox, DMD, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Fox has been practicing dentistry in Central Pennsylvania for over 25 years. She graduated from the Temple University School of Dentistry, where she was selected for the Clinical Achievement Award and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. As a lifelong student, her most recent endeavor has been the field of dental sleep medicine. Completing dental sleep medicine programs at Tufts University School of Dentistry and the inaugural year with the AADSM Mastery Program, she then achieved Diplomate status with the ABDSM. She has practiced in various clinical settings ranging from a hospital-based dental residency program, owning a solo dental practice, managing partner in a large multi-location/multi-specialty dental group, and is currently practicing dental sleep medicine full-time. Dr. Fox is also enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge through her experience as a dental residency attending faculty, an in-office instructor for Cerec technology, and a former member of the AADSM Annual Meeting Committee.
Jarrett Grosdidier, DDS, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Grosdidier is a graduate of UMKC Dental School. He is a general dentist and a Diplomate of the ABDSM. He currently practices in Leawood, KS and Garnett, KS, where he owns and manages two busy multi-doctor dental offices. He has served as a member of the AADSM Annual Meeting Committee and AADSM Practice Management and Patient Resource Review Committee, co-chaired the AADSM Emerging Concepts: Ordering and Administering HSAT Course, and co-authored the "Identifying the Appropriate Therapeutic Position of an Oral Appliance", which was published in JDSM. His passion is delivering high quality care to all different demographics and populations.
Nelly Huynh, PhD
Dr. Huynh is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, Oral Health Department, at the Université de Montréal and the CHU Sainte - Justine Research Center. Her research laboratory is dedicated to clinical research focused on dental sleep medicine (sleep bruxism, oral appliances) and sleep medicine (sleep apnea) from childhood to adulthood. Nelly completed her PhD in Montreal on sleep bruxism. This was followed by a postdoctoral fellowship in OSA and imaging, in addition to pediatric sleep disorders at Stanford University, and training in epidemiology, and global health at the World Health Organisation in Geneva. She has over 50 peer-reviewed published articles in the field of sleep medicine and dental sleep medicine. Dr. Huynh has served on the AADSM Scientific Committee and Annual Meeting Committee both as a Chair and a member.
Omar Mahmassani, DDS, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Mahmassani received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1989 from Georgetown University. He then pursued a two-year General Practice Residency training program at the Detroit Medical Center in affiliation with the University of Detroit/Mercy. In 1994, he established a small private practice in Frederick, Maryland emphasizing excellence in quality, customer service, efficiency and the latest advances in technology. In 2015, he received a Masters in Business Administration from Hood College. He previously served as the Chair of the AADSM Annual Meeting Committee and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine.
Clare McGorry, DDS, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. McGorry is a third-generation general dentist practicing in Washington, DC. She graduated magna cum laude from Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2016 and completed a general practice residency at the Washington Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2017. Since 2019, she has been practicing dental sleep medicine and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine in 2020. Dr. McGorry has been a member of the AADSM Education Committee since 2020 and has served its chair from 2022-2024. She has served as a board member-at-large for the District of Columbia Dental Society since 2020 and currently serves as an alternate delegate to the American Dental Association for DC. Dr. McGorry was named "Top Dentist" in Washingtonian Magazine in 2023 and was the readers' choice runner-up for Best Dentist in Washington City Paper's “Best of DC” edition in 2024. Originally from Buffalo, NY, she is a passionate Buffalo Bills football fan and comes from a large, blended family. Dr. McGorry has five nieces and one nephew whom she adores. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, yoga, hiking, and skiing.
Kevin Wallace, DMD, Diplomate, ABDSM
Dr. Wallace has been a general dentist in practice since 1990. Since 2016, he has been exclusively practicing dental sleep medicine. Dr. Wallace's educational background includes an undergraduate degree in Biology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1985 and a DMD degree from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. Wallace is passionate about dental sleep medicine. His primary motivator was his daughter who suffered from obstructive sleep apnea as a child. Dr. Wallace has been determined to remain involved in this fascinating and rewarding aspect of dentistry. He became a Diplomate of the ABDSM in 2018, has served on the AADSM Education Committee both as a Chair and a member, and currently serves as a member of the AADSM Mastery Program faculty.
