About the Practice Management Course and Exhibit Hall

The Practice Management Course will take place over three days and will consist of 13 sessions that will help dentists and their staff streamline dental sleep medicine operations in their practices.

The maximum number of attendees is 300 and will consist of dentists and their staff (both administrative and clinical). Exhibit space is limited, however, and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Rate: $199 (plus a $30 resort fee), until January 30, 2020, or until the room block sells out.

Application & Registration

To exhibit at the AADSM Practice Management Course, complete and return the exhibitor application, located at the top of this page, with appropriate payment.  Please remit your payment-in-full at the time of application by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or by check made payable to the AADSM. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Exhibit Hall Limitations

Each company will only be allowed one table.  Applications will be accepted based on availability. A waiting list will be maintained for all exhibitors who apply after exhibitor capacity has been met.

The following services are included in the rental fee:
  • One 6 ft. x 30 in. skirted table with two chairs
  • Power strip at the table
  • Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks for interaction with attendees
  • Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday and lunch on Saturday
The following will not be provided to exhibitors:
  • Security services
  • An attendee list
  • Access to the session rooms

Exhibit Hall Assignments and Badges

Exhibit space assignments will be chosen on-site by the exhibitor on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibitors will not have access to the exhibit area before the designated move-in time as described below. Exhibitor badges are required and will be available at the registration desk.     

Rules and Regulations

All materials MUST be displayed on the table provided.  No free-standing posters or projections of any kind will be allowed to be displayed.  The AADSM will require that any items that are not placed on the table be removed.
 
Exhibitors may not distribute flyers of any kind announcing events unless prior approval has been granted. The AADSM in its sole discretion shall have the right to prohibit the distribution of any samples or handouts that it deems objectionable or otherwise inappropriate.
 
No subletting or sharing of exhibit space is allowed. Exhibitors may show only products or services manufactured or dealt by them in the regular course of business. The featuring of a name or advertisement of a non-exhibiting firm or business is prohibited.

Cancellation or Refund

All notices of cancellation must be received in writing.  The date of receipt of such notice will be used as the official cancellation date.  Notices received prior to January 31, 2020 will incur a penalty equal to 50% of the total exhibit amount.  Refunds will not be given for cancellations received after this deadline. 

Refunds will not be applied to the original payment source (i.e., credit card). Any refunds processed by the AADSM will be paid by check to individuals in the US (or e-payment to individuals who chose to set up an account in Bill.com) and by wire transfer to individuals outside of the US.

Rejection of Application

The AADSM reserves the right to reject an application, refuse rental of display space, cancel booth space after an application is approved, or curtail or close exhibits or parts of exhibits at any time prior to or during the courses. The enforcement of this right is at the sole and absolute discretion of AADSM management.

Shipping Information 

It is recommended that materials for your table-top exhibit arrive at the hotel no earlier than three days prior to the start of the course.  Please use the following address and format for your shipment:
