New Website Encourages Patients to Play Active Role in Sleep Apnea Research

The latest issue of the Journal of Dental Sleep Medicine (JDSM) features an article on, a new online community that is mobilizing patients, researchers and health care providers to work together to identify better ways to screen, treat and prevent OSA. Established by the Sleep Apnea Patient Centered Outcomes Network, the website was formed to improve comparative effectiveness research by focusing on patient-centered outcomes.
